Of course they don’t want upset the order of things, they just want to shake it a little. Obviously the credit rating agencies are incompetent and were in cahoots with the big banks when offering tripe AAA rating for junk bonds

The real story on the Moody’s bank downgrades is that they did not upend the rough hierarchy of the banks’ credit ratings.
